How to make the VW OEM Reverse Camera work with Joying Radio?

 

If you want to install an aftermarket Joying Android car radio in your VW/Skoda/Seat Car and make the OEM Car reverse camera work. Pls check the below info carefully:

 

1. If your OEM car dashboard radio looks like this, then the Joying radio and Canbus harness can support the OEM Car reverse camera directly:

This is the suitable Canbus adapter harness: (Also it is the option “Below 2015” under the VW universal car radio)

2. If your OEM Car dashboard radio looks like the below, then the Joying radio and Canbus harness can support the OEM Car reverse camera directly:


This is the suitable Power harness with PQ Canbus box: (Also it is the option “2016-2021” under the VW universal car radio)

3. If your OEM Car dashboard radio looks like the below, then the Joying radio and Canbus harness cannot support the OEM Car reverse camera directly.

You can follow the below pictures to connect this RGB adapter:

This is the adapter you received:

 

A. Pls cut the Red, Pink, and Black Cable from the RGB adapter likethe  below picture shows:

 

B. Pls find the ACC, GND and BACK cables from the Joying Power canbus harness like this:

 

 

 

C. The connections should be like this:

 

 

Finally, connect the radio with the power Canbus harness to your car and finish the installation.
