How to solve it?

The volume dial stops working on Android 12 QCM6125

　

If your car audio android music player volume dial controls abnormally, below are two ways you can have a try:

First ideas:

1. Whether the A port resistance value is 15.0K, the B port resistance is 8.2K, pull-up resistor is 47.0K and error voltage is 51.6mv?
2. Whether knob reverse and Knob function exchange settings are off? (see as below)



If you are sure that the above settings are correct, then the volume knob still doesn't work, then please adjust the error voltage from 51.6mv to less or much, then see if the volume knob returns to work or not.

If you adjust the error voltage from 51.6mv to less, the volume knob can work, please click OK. If you adjust the error voltage from 51.6mv to much, the volume knob can work, please click OK.

NOTE: After you set the error voltage value, please reboot the head unit.

　

Second ideas:

1) Please try to disconnect and connect the screen ribbon as below:

　

2) After finishing the above steps, please reboot the head unit.
