Improved feature:

1) Improve the head unit Canbus protocol

2) The Bluetooth version will be up to 5.1

Before the update, you need to make clearly your head unit is G23 or G32 version. please check following screenshot for reference:

1)If your head unit is G32 version and your MCU version is lower than 2019-9-7, you need to update the MCU file and OS file one by one.

  If your head unit is G32 version and your MCU version is higher than 2019-9-7, you only need to update the OS file.

2)If your head unit is G23 version, no matter which MCU version date you have, you do not need to update the MCU file. only update the OS file.

Following is the updated file (2019-9-17) with the new MCU version, solved Button light issue) for Android 8.1 Intel SC9853i car radio with 2GB+32GB/4GB+32GB/4GB+64GB

Below are the improvements after updating the system:

1. Add the Google assistant calling

2. Improve the issue of no audio reply from "ok Google"

3. If your phone is SC9853i with 2GB/32GB, you can use the "Mirror-link" function by wired/wireless wifi iphone or android phone.

4.After update, your pre-installed apps would not be deleted.

About the update, you need to know the followings:

1. If there is an error shown on connecting the z-link after your update, please reboot the head unit will be fine.

2. If your MCU is G32 as below, your head unit is old MCU version. you can update this updated file.

    If your MCU is G23, your head unit is the new MCU version. you do not need to update this updated file.

Alfa Romeo Aftermarket Android Car Stereo Installation Guide

If you have an Alfa Romeo car also, pls do not miss this blog. Here we have shared the skills on how to find a suitable aftermarket android car radio replacement.

Example 1: For the Alfa Romeo 159 Car Models.

If your Alfa Romeo 159 Car with the year 2005-2011 and the dashboard picture like below:

There are two options for you:

Option 1: To install a Joying single din Car radio with a single din fascia kit, all the single din radios will fit, just choose the one you like. (Kit click here)
